What Is HealthyPath
HealthyPath is a community-based health plan providing employer’s an alternative to traditional insurance carrier products. It provides an employer the predictability of a fully insured health plan with the lower total cost of a self-insured health plan. HealthyPath utilizes a unique model to provide the highest quality, accessible care for employees and the lowest total plan cost to employers and employees.

- High touch, concierge network management and TPA services to help patient navigate complexities of healthcare.
- Lowest cost Pharmacy benefits management services and reinsurance costs.
- Exceptional plan design for members that eliminates financial barriers, with $0 deductibles and $0 copays for most care when utilizing local healthcare provider partners.

HealthyPath provides a comprehensive network of exceptional local doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and ancillary providers serving eastern and southeastern Ohio.
HealthyPath provides a large network of primary care providers associated with Genesis Primary Care, Physicians Group of Southeast Ohio and the Muskingum Valley Health Center. HealthyPath also provides access to a wide range of Genesis specialty physicians, the full services of Genesis HealthCare System and other local physician specialists. If care cannot be managed locally, then you can be referred to other regional health care providers and the same benefits apply.
Best Cost:
Employers enjoy the lowest cost, comprehensive plan design offered in the region. The unique level funded plan design of HealthyPath, concierge network management, low-cost pharmacy benefits and reinsurance, ensure a high level of cost savings is achieved for each employer.
Members are rewarded with $0 deductibles and $0 copays for most care when utilizing local health care partners. Small copays apply for inpatient and outpatient services.
For care voluntarily sought outside of HealthyPath, normal plan deductibles and copays will apply.
HealthyPath is designed for employer-sponsored health plans with 5+ employees enrolled.
